To select and alternate boot device follow the below steps:

 

  1. Turn on your Mac and hold down the D Key.

2. Outlook 2011 Keeps Crashing

The best way to correct Outlook 2011 errors is to rebuild the database that Outlook uses, follow these simple steps..
Rebuild the database 

  1. Quit all applications (this is mainly Office applications things like this browser window can remain open.) 
  2. Hold down the Option key on the keyboard, and then start Outlook 2011. The option key is the "alt" key located to the left of the keyboard next to the Mac command key.
  3. If you have run the process above correctly then Outlook will open in the Database Utility window, select the database that you want to maintain, and then click Rebuild.
  4. This process can take up to 10- 30 minutes depending on the size of your database and the speed of you Mac once complete you will see the message "Your database was rebuilt successfully."
  5. Now click Done and reopen Outlook, that's it!

3. How do I Cut and Paste in Mac OS?

I assume your talking about the Windows Explorer feature of Cut and Paste, the answer to your question is you can not Cut and Paste in the Mac OS under Finder, you can in documents like Word or Excel by using the Cmd x combination but not in Finder, this is by design.

4. Quicktime will not play all my media, why?
