97% of our staff are working from home and we have suspended all business travel unless critical to the operation of our customers IT infrastructure. As a business the care of our staff and customers is paramount, to that extent we have implemented the following:
Staff
- All office-based staff where possible are now working from home
- Impact provided regular check in’s and comms to all staff working remotely
- Looking after the mental health and wellbeing of our staff is important and constantly monitored
- Using Teams daily as a communication channel internally and externally as required
- Utilising Zoom meetings if and when appropriate
- For staff in the office, checking in daily to make sure they are ok and ensuring they follow all Government health and safety guidelines and adhere to the company COVID Risk Assessment which is updated regularly and last updated 1st Jan 2021
- Staff in the office must scan the NHS track and trace bar code on entering the office
Visitors
- The office is closed to all visitors with the exception of collecting any equipment, which must be pre-arranged, and all necessary precautions followed which are detailed on Impacts COVID Risk Assessment
- All meetings will be carried out via MS Teams or Zoom
Deliveries
- We are continuing to accept deliveries of goods onto the premises but ensure all necessary precautions followed which are detailed on Impacts COVID Risk Assessment
